Episode 523 - The One in Vegas, Part 1
Monica has lunch with Richard after running into him on the street and doesn't feel anything. Still, she doesn't want Chandler to know because it might spoil their one year anniversary.
Everybody decides to go to Vegas to surprise Joey except Rachel and Ross, who will go out together a day later. On the plane, Phoebe lets slip about Richard. Chandler tells Monica he's okay with it. Later, in Vegas, they end up fighting over it.
Rachel uses the empty apartment to walk around naked but Ross can see and thinks she's baiting him. Both are embarrassed when he goes across the street.
Monica, on her way to apologize to Chandler, finds a chip on the floor and places a bet at a craps table, starting a winning streak. Chandler sees her celebrating and hugging the person next to her -- and he walks out.
