Episode 512 - The One With Chandler's Work Laugh
Ross finds out Emily is engaged to be married again. He goes out on the town and somehow hooks up with Janice. Their relationship starts out great, but soon Janice can't stand Ross's constant whining and she breaks it off.
At an office party, Monica discovers Chandler's "work laugh", an obnoxious fake laugh invented to laugh at unfunny jokes. She then becomes further disturbed after discovering how much he sucks up.
Meanwhile, Rachel finds it hard to pretend that she doesn't know about Monica and Chandler and finally tells Monica that she knows. Monica plays it off, albeit poorly, so Rachel lets her keep the secret.
