Friends Episode 1008 - The One With the Late Thanksgiving
After Monica announces that she's not cooking Thanksgiving dinner this year, Phoebe convinces her by suggesting that she see it as a competition with herself, to top her previous years.
Ross, Rachel, Phoebe and Joey are all late to the dinner, thanks to a baby beauty contest and a Rangers game, so Monica and Chandler lock them out.
At the height of the conflict, Monica gets a call from the adoption agency telling them that a pregnant girl from Ohio has selected Monica and Chandler to adopt her unborn baby.
