Episode 1007 - The One With the Home Study
Phoebe and Mike, stunned by the expenses involved with a wedding, decide they'll get married in City Hall and give the money to charity. Once they donate it, Phoebe changes her mind and they ask back for it.
Meanwhile, the adoption worker in charge of deciding the fate of Monica and Chandler's adoption hopes visits the couple's apartment. It turns out she once had a one-night-stand with Joey where he never called her back. He manages to turn the situation around and make Laura think she wronged him. Monica and Chandler are then approved for adoption.
Rachel freaks out when Ross wants to take Emma to the playground, due to a childhood hair-related playground accident. Ross convinces her it will be okay, so they all go together. Once there, Ross gets kicked in the head by a kid on the swings.
